Foberry Production and Shipping Policy

At Foberry, we take pride in delivering bespoke garments crafted to your unique style and measurements. We are committed to ensuring every piece meets our high standards of quality while providing a seamless and personalized shopping experience. Below is our detailed policy on the production, shipping, and tracking of your orders, along with options for rush delivery and address changes.

1. Production Process

We believe in crafting garments that are as unique as you, which is why almost all our pieces are made-to-order, even the ones that are ordered on our displayed sizes. We maintain very little to no inventory to ensure each garment is freshly tailored upon receiving your order. Here's how our production process works:

  • Order received: Once you place your order, it enters the production queue and the process begins only after we confirm your size.
  • Size Confirmation: We will reach out to you via email, WhatsApp, or phone call to confirm your size and specifications. This step is critical to ensure that the bespoke garment is crafted perfectly to your measurements.
    Note: We do not craft the garment until your size is not confirmed. 
  • Production Timeline: After size confirmation, the garment is crafted by our expert tailors and the production team, this process typically takes between 3 to 7 business days depending on the complexity of your order. (Order size and time)
  • Final Quality Check: Once the garment is crafted, it undergoes a thorough quality inspection to ensure it meets our exacting standards before being prepared for shipment.

2. Shipping Policy

Foberry ships orders worldwide to ensure our bespoke garments reach you, no matter where you are located. Shipping timelines vary based on your location, and here’s what you can expect:

United States Shipping:

  • Standard delivery to the U.S. typically takes between 14 to 30 business days.
  • Please note that shipping times may vary based on your specific location within the U.S. and external factors like customs clearance or courier service delays. Remote or rural areas may experience longer delivery times.

International Shipping:

  • For deliveries outside the United States, shipping times may vary depending on your country of residence, with most orders arriving within 15 to 30 business days. Please note that customs clearance and local shipping regulations may affect delivery timelines.
  • Shipping Partner: All orders are shipped from our production house in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan, through our trusted shipping partner DHL, ensuring your order arrives safely and on time.

3. Track Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. This will allow you to track your parcel in real-time as it makes its way to your doorstep. Simply enter the tracking number on the courier’s website to see your shipment status. You can also log into your Foberry account to check your order status and tracking information.

4. Request for Rush Delivery

At Foberry, we understand that sometimes you may need your bespoke garment sooner than our standard shipping times allow. If you have an urgent deadline, we offer a Rush Delivery Service.

  • How to Request Rush Delivery-Please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order via email, WhatsApp, or phone, and we will do our best to expedite the production and shipping process. Rush delivery may incur additional charges, which will be communicated to you once we assess the feasibility based on your location and the garment’s production timeline.
  • Rush Delivery Timeframe: Depending on the garment and your location, we may be able to shorten the delivery time to 7-14 business days for the United States.

5. Request for Address Change

If you need to change the delivery address after placing your order, the possibility of doing so will depend on the current status of your order.

  • Before Shipment: If your order is still in the production stage and has not yet been shipped, we can update the delivery address without any issues. Please contact WhatsApp, email, or call as soon as possible to request the change. WhatsApp is most recommended as you can share the details there and we’ll try to cater your request as soon as we acknowledge. 
  • After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped, changing the address may not be possible. However, we will work with our shipping partner to determine if rerouting the package is an option. Please note that additional fees may apply for address changes post-shipment.
